Kg2Km 12-week In-season Program (Sept 3 - Nov 30)
This 12-week program will work with each athlete on managing their individual training environment. Receive tips, strategies and resources that will help you reach and maintain maximum performance in your day-to-day schedule. The program will include:
* Weekly group calls/webinars focusing on one high performance habit each week
* Weekly one-on-one check-in calls with Coach Goonan
* 12-week in-season weightlifting program
* Guided running/conditioning program to improve fitness and avoid burnout or overtraining
* Strategies to navigate challenging schedules
* Tips to maximize meal prep, pre/post training snacks, eating on the go and much more.
* On-going support via text/email
