YEAR END CHALLENGE!!!

Tis the season for a little extra encouragement! From now until New Year's, we'll be using the super simple YouAte app to cheer people on towards their fitness and nutrition goals.

Here's how it works:
  • Download the YouAte app. We recommend starting with the quarterly version.
  • Use the "Friends" menu in the lower right hand corner to send an invitation link to universalsportsstrength@gmail.com.
  • Take pictures of whatever you eat, then mark each one "on-track" or "off-track" based on your goals. You can also enter your fluid intake and workouts if you'd like.
  • You'll be able to see how our trainers are eating/drinking/exercising and vice versa. We'll also be able to send you suggestions, encouragement, etc through the app's messaging feature.

That's it! We're not worried about calories or macros or any of that right now and we certainly don't expect anything close to perfection. We just want to help you start the good habit of journaling and YouAte is definitely the quickest, easiest way to do it. 

Let's make this one simple change now and get a jump start on those 2019 resolutions!
