Here's how it works:
- Download the YouAte app. We recommend starting with the quarterly version.
- Use the "Friends" menu in the lower right hand corner to send an invitation link to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Take pictures of whatever you eat, then mark each one "on-track" or "off-track" based on your goals. You can also enter your fluid intake and workouts if you'd like.
- You'll be able to see how our trainers are eating/drinking/exercising and vice versa. We'll also be able to send you suggestions, encouragement, etc through the app's messaging feature.
That's it! We're not worried about calories or macros or any of that right now and we certainly don't expect anything close to perfection. We just want to help you start the good habit of journaling and YouAte is definitely the quickest, easiest way to do it.
This one simple change is a great way to stay on track towards those 2019 resolutions!
